We know how important our Christmas programs are to our students, their families, and our teachers. Therefore, we have altered our traditional concert schedules, and are tentatively planning our programs as outlined below.

This year our programs will be held over two days. We are splitting up our program so that there are fewer students on stage at a time and fewer people in the audience to help with social distancing. Each student will be given (4) tickets to the program. They can give these tickets to family members to attend the program. Children under the age of 3 who do not require their own seat and can sit on the lap of a parent will not need a ticket. Tickets will be sent home with students on Dec. 10. The BFACC encourages the use of masks and social distancing for audience members. Every other row will be roped off in the auditorium and families are asked to sit together and leave a seat in between their party and the next.

Students will report to the BFACC to line up 15 minutes prior to their scheduled performance time. They will line up in the hallway with their teacher. 1st-4th grade programs will last approximately 25 minutes.

After each performance, the audience will exit the auditorium and if an audience member is attending another program, he or she will need to present a ticket for re-entry into the auditorium.

Students will not report to either North or South Park on December 17th or December 18th. No busing or food services will be provided. Families will bring their student to the BFACC for the performance and take them home when the performance is finished. The performance will NOT be livestreamed.

*Please note that students who are in Mr. Soldatke & Mrs. Janish’s classroom will perform with the classroom that they come with regularly. For example, if your child comes to music with Mrs. Janovy’s class, he or she will come to that program.

Also, because students are kept in their pods throughout the day, it is not possible for children to switch to another program day and perform with another class.

If plans must change and we are unable to have a live program, an abridged virtual program will be recorded and amended release forms will be sent home regarding participation in a virtual program.

Thank You in advance for your support of our modified schedule. We look forward to seeing you at the BFACC to watch your student perform.
